Leasing:

WPM takes responsibility for soliciting leases with prospective tenants as well as coordinating with the local leasing community. In addition, we handle all leasing negotiations with the existing tenants at no cost to owner. Our goal is to maintain a high occupancy rate and achieve the highest possible market rents which will maximise the property's value.

Maintenance, Repairs, and Property Improvements:

WPM can assist both the property owner and the new or expanding tenant with: 

- Coordination of all interior and exterior maintenance and repairs
