The company grew from a San Francisco Bay Area commercial real estate investment company to incorporate a nationwide focus and an international client base. WPM has established a tradition of service and integrity that has been maintained consistently for over 40 years. CEo and Corporate Broker

David Anton

Beginning his career in 1979, David Anton has accrued over 30 years of experience in all facets of the real estate industry. In 1983, David obtained his Real Estate Broker’s License with the California Department of Real Estate, where he has remained in excellent standing.

In addition to his real estate acumen, David’ expertise extends to assisting both domestic and international investors in diversifying their investment portfolios, including existing IRA, ROTH, SEP and roll over 401k plans, into alternative investments. He has worked in developing and marketing Commercial Real Estate Investments throughout the United States, and has implemented numerous innovative and successful marketing strategies for his clients and his company in the real estate industry.

Serra Apaydin, MBA

As a Treasury Manager for large corporate Fortune 500 international companies (General Electric, BHP-Billiton and Utah International) for over 25 years before joining WPM, Serra brings a wealth of experience in arranging large finance transactions, financial controls, banking relationships and treasury operations.

Marketing Director

Tali Siegal

Tali Siegal is a Marketing Manager with over 18 years professional experience. At WPM, she utilizes her expertise in strategic planning, customer relations, and database management to direct the development of residential and commercial clients. Tali is highly effective in community outreach, and in building relationships with asset clients as well as with the business sector. Tali has long been a student of Real Estate, as evidenced by the many classes and workshops in real estate investment she has taken over the past 8 years. Currently, she is working toward her California Real Estate Salesperson License. An active community member, Tali is Captain of the NoSaLu Neighborhood Emergency Preparedness Group in the Berkeley Hills.


Real Estate Administrator

Radd Bunni

Raad has extensive experience in the real estate financial services industry, as a mortgage broker/consultant for Adamarc Financial, Stanford Mortgage and Bank of America residential mortgage division. He also worked as a real estate consultant at Cashin Company. Before starting his career in real estate he was Director of Marketing at McDonnell Douglas Corporation and Beckman Instruments. Working in these large corporate settings provided him the unique experience and knowledge to address individual needs so crucial in the residential real estate market. He has developed unique marketing strategies in working with sellers and buyers. He earned a Masters Degree from The University of Washington in Medical Immunology and a minor in Computer Science.


Real Estate Administrator

Bob D’Acquisto

Bob has worked in both real estate and private industry for over 20 years. In private industry he was responsible for the direct negotiations of major contracts for repairs, supplies and people. Over the past 10 years Bob has been directly involved in the management of commercial and residential properties. He has negotiated leases with both major national and local tenants, including Dollar General, CVS, H&R Block, Little Caesar's Pizza and Hollywood Video. His current activities have expanded into advising for Self Directed IRA's for the purchase of Real Estate, where funds from an investor's IRA account can be used to purchase most real estate types of property, including single family homes, commercial real estate investments, single tenant and multi-tenant apartments.
